    You would be surprised how much of the 'negative behavior' families see in children is because they just do not have healthy sleep patterns and expectations ... and not just in children sadly anymore ~ much of the depression, road rage, shoppers rage and violence in society is from lack of 'healthy sleep patterns' in adults as well!
