    Hello from Alberta!

    Hi,
I am new here, have been lurking for a few days now, getting some awesome ideas and advice, and decided I should introduce myself. I am a mom to 3 little boys (4, 2.5 and 6 months) and opened my own day home in April. I had 2 kids, but they didn't work out, so I have been empty over the summer and am looking to fill spots for the fall. Starting to get some interviews, so that is good.
I'm loving all the tips and reading everyone else's experience here!

Welcome to the board and sending you filler up vibes for the Fall!
Children construct their own intelligence. The adult must provide activities and context, but most of all must be able to listen. Children need proof that adults believe in them. Their three great desires are to be listened to, to understand, and to demonstrate that they are exactly what we expect."
