    hmmm...I don't charge really by the hour (haven't since being a nanny!). I just give a flat rate and that way I know I'm being paid for my services.

    For b/a school it's $20/day or $15/day for either one or the other. They're in my home max 2 hours.
    For full-time (ie: PD.Days, summer) it's $45/day.

    My rules are: If I'm open you pay. I don't care where the kid is, as long as I'm paid! They have to understand that they're paying for their childs' spot.
