I would explain the situation to the leaving family and ask if it would be possible to have the spot for the 24th (don't charge them for that week). Make sure they know you are not kicking them out, but just trying to accommodate everyone as best as you can. Are you completely full with 5 dck's? If not, then you could overlap them, but if you are full I definitely wouldn't risk it. Good luck!
