    Bilingual child care centre

    Curriculum
    The curriculum at Soufriere Kid’s Development Bilingual Child Care Centre is within a well- tailored, French immersion program represent the high quality early education settings. Ultimately reflect the interest of the children in our care. The Creative bilingual environments are designed to promote the development of our student. Our classroom is a community – a place where learning takes place through positive relationships between and among children and adults. This developmentally appropriate curriculum promotes learning in each of the following areas: social, emotional, physical, language and cognitive. Instruction is based on observing and documenting what children do and say. The curriculum also reflects the influences of culture, family and community. Our curriculum is taught in two languages, French and English (infant will be spoken to only in French and with translated in English for our English speaking student
    Music Together
    Music is an internationally recognized early childhood music program for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarteners. Music together provides families with a set of materials that can be used at home to promote music in children's everyday lives. Different instruments and music techniques are introduced to children as early on as infancy. Music Together lessons get more advance as the child progresses from grade to grade. They believe that every child is musically inclined and will be able to sing in tune, keep a beat and participate with confidence
    The curriculum for our infants and toddlers focuses on: relationships; daily routines; and exploration and play in a safe, stimulating environment. Since infants and toddlers learn through play, our program will provide a variety of learning styles, such as musical, tactile, verbal, auditory, social and visual to enhance each child’s progress. Soufriere Kid’s Development Child Care Centre offers additional experiences in sign language and music for the infants and toddlers.
    Visual Arts
    The Visual Arts Program provides creative and cultural experiences for children from infant to Preschool. They explore the wonders of art through various methods of design. The program is designed to foster learning, encourage individual expression and provide arts appreciation and skill development in all content areas. Children are allowed to express themselves through the visual arts program that gives them a sense of pride and ownership. Through the arts confidence is built

    Love the website but I had to go all the way to the end to contacts to find out where you were located. Ideally you might want to include that info on the about us page. Parents that are looking for care might get frustrated going through and not knowing.

    Not a fan about the pictures changing like that in the background. Makes it very difficult to read anything! If I was a parent, I would be very discouraged, and go look at another childcares website.

    I would also make a language selection - especially if you're a bilingual daycare!

    I agree, beautiful website, but the pictures changing in the back ground were too distracting and it is important to have location easy to find
