My gang would eat grilled cheese sandwiches every day if I would let them.

Usually we have something with hamburg, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, ham or chicken depending on what I have cooked for my own family. Basically it is the same foods just done differently each time so it looks different. Hamburg for instance could be meatloaf, hamburg helper type casserole, something with noodles and tomato sauce, etc.

My staples that are on my list every week are apple juice and orange juice for breakfasts, milk (of course) eggs, crackers, cheese, peanut butter, graham crackers and yogurt. Those all make all of my weekly menu plans. I normally also have juice boxes and a quick prepackaged snack that we can quickly grab if the mood/opportunity strikes for a long park visit or last minute field trip.

Other than lots of fruit and vegetables.... we always use chicken 2x per week, so I usually buy 1 or 2 whole chickens. Rasins are a great quick snack addition and cheese (you can never have enough cheeses)... my guys also love cucumbers and yogurt. I use a lot of whole wheat flour and wheat germ for muffins. Oh and zuchinni! it is a great addition to anything cooked... it adds moisture but not really any flavor

Usually on my grocery list are
Lots of crackers - i.e Whole Wheat Goldfish, Funshine, Ritz, Animal crackers etc
Fruit - usually always bananas, apples and watermelon and strawberries depending on price
Cucumbers - every week for sure
Corn - either frozen or in a can. The kids love it in their food
    Yogurt

Then for meals it is a lot of leftover home cooked meals.

    My staples are...
    -milk
    -organic yogurt
-whole grain bread (usually 12 grain breads)
-fresh fruits and veggies (try to buy as much organics in these as possible)
    -cheese
-organic veg. pasta to make dishes with
    - meats (we buy from a butcher who sells clean meats)
-organic gummy bunnies (the kids love these but they are a treat once a week or so)
    -whole grain crackers
    -organic dried fruits
    -organic animal crackers/cookies
-unsweetened apples sauce (or organic apples to make my own sauce)

These are the main staples that are bought every week. They do get things like bear paws too but it's maybe 3 or 4 times a month. I do baking as well so muffins and such.
