By volunteer I assuming you mean not paid. There are many ads on kijiji for high school age students still looking for summer jobs and I'm sure there is someone that would be willing to work for you.

Remember that what you pay a helper is deductable. Still unsure about the employer-employee rules for something like this as I always just had my own kids helping out and still use my daughter as needed.
