    I just terminated my problem child ( and problem parents ) a week ago and it felt great! They took it horribly and I haven't seen them since, but, it's my home and my business. This is a tough one because there's really no one to blame... it just wasn't a good fit.

    I wish you all the best in finding a great match for the spot.
