Gifts for the new baby from the older sibling

I have 2 kids, both 18 months, about to have a new addition to their family. I would love to do a craft for the new baby or maybe a gift for mom. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do with 2 little ones?

Keep in mind that they are still in the scribbling stage and painting is out of the question, one doesn't like the feel of it and the other is still eating it. LOL

What about doing one of those clay hand/footprint things & having them framed - maybe a
3-picture frame & leaving the 3rd slot open for the new addition?

I was also going to suggest handprint crafts. There are so many ways to accomplish that: in some clay, dry it, paint it, fabric paint on a tshirt for the older sibling that says 'I'm a big brother or sister', buy a canvas on an easel at the dollar store and do the handprint then you can write something on it in marker.
