I am a little bit of both to be honest ... I ask that parents provide wipes for diapering along with the diapers and cream and I keep them in a labelled basket with a change of clothes and so forth in the playroom ... I also keep a couple labelled diapers for each kid and wipe pack that I provide in a basket for on my main floor as well as in the stroller should someone need a change and I do not want to run downstairs or back in the house to get wipes from their 'personal store' ... this also allows me to have wipes handy out and about for wiping faces or noses or hands or bird poop off a climber
