I have one of the 5 drawer towers too that stands beside my change table ( which is an old desk I made a pad for and cover with a small quilt). I only store the diapers in there for each child and they can hold a lot. I printed name cards and taped to the inside of each drawer for easy identification.
My change table is just outside the small bathroom on main floor. We put shelves on the wall above the toilet and I have the change bins on those along with the container of wipes. When it is change time I take their bin, the wipes out to the change table and return them to the bathroom when I wash my hands. The bins are square ice cream pails and have a change mat, diaper cream in them and masking tape name labels on the bins.
To make it look more uniform I have bins higher up on the shelves too that have some of my own things stored such as extra toothpaste bought on sale, a couple spare rolls of toilet paper in one, and when my son was home he had a bin with his contact lens stuff, etc.
I never worried too much about hiding stuff since it is in use all the time anyways. One of the bins belongs to my daughter although she no longer fits on the change table and I use two of those large foam squares on the floor to make a change surface.
I love those five drawer towers and yes got them at CTC when they were half price. I have one beside my desk with each drawer set up for one with daycare notes in one, my felt business in another - basically it allows me to keep a somewhat cleared desk since I can just pop pieces of paper in the drawers related to subject - top drawer is other, lol as in what doesn't belong other places.
