This is funny because I haven't thought about it in a long while. When I opened my daycare I always got out the change pad and changed the children on the couch. Now, I never get out the change pad and I change them on the floor, couch, standing up and today I had to change a poopy boy in the middle of our downtown park on a concrete walkway.

Every year you run your daycare gets easier and more relaxed sort of the way you are super vigilant with your first child and by the 4th one you know you don't have to freak out over every tiny thing. No offence first time Moms!
