Scatterbrained parents

I have some old clothes that were left here once in a while accidentally and of course once by the family who took off without notice or payment. So when I have a little boy without extra clothes in his backpack he goes home in a neon pink shirt and shorts. That's my method of teaching the parents that they must be prepared. Why should we have to go to Goodwill and buy clothes or buy diapers? We already have such a small profit margin.
