    This year I scheduled mine and my kids annual check up into my contract. Doing the same for next year. I post my chosen holiday weeks and anything else that I may need a day off for such as school exams at the beginning of the year. I also make note that some of these days may change but I stick to them if its in my own power and don't take any days off on top of what i have written...
