Overtime fees for longer day

I charge $5/half hour early fee if they arrive 1 minute before 7:30 when I open or a late fee of $5/half hour after 5pm when I close. I also charge $5/half hour if a 9 hour day is exceeded. If two things happen at once I charge both fees. You would be surprised how families can figure out that grandpa or grandma can do the pickup instead of paying all these fees. I really do NOT want to have anybody here for extra time. It's hard on me and it's really hard on the child to have such long days at daycare.
