Judy, kidlove and Reggio nailed it. DCM is jealous, micromanaging, and guilt ridden mommy. Oh boy. Good luck with this one. Advertise and pray for a quick replacement. I know it's not easy being stuck between a rock and a hard place. I too have a DCM I would terminate tomorrow but she's got two kids with me and I still have to fill one spot.
