Wow... sorry, but it doesn't sound good. If they were interested in keeping you as a provider, they would be doing much better about communicating with you. I hope you get the money they owe you, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I'd say advertise to fill the spot. Draw up a contract and have it so that people pay you upfront for care. Good luck!
