If you're really wanting to do something. I would send them a term letter stating that they didn't abide by your rules and the last day of care has past. You tried to call/email them and they didn't respond.
Also in your term letter state that you have their daughters' clothes, and if they would like to pick up, this is when they're able to come get it, and it will be by the front door. Otherwise it will be donated to a charity.
