Cream colored carpet AND a daycare....you are a brave brave woman. I too have carpet, my daycare playroom is in the basement...but we decided to use carpet tiles...love them. I bought tons of extras at the time and if I can't get a stain out just put another one down. Question, temporarily is there some kind of area rug you could put over your cream rug while daycare is in session. I have those foam playmats over my carpet tiles in the 'danger zones'...diaper changing area, eating area, craft area etc.
