I guess the good thing about this situation is that she is very trustworthy with money - she works in government and understands signing a contract is for real.

My experience (my cousin) unfortunately started out not good...payment a few days late, pick up late (felt they could go fun errands first), never had enough supplies (my son & hers wore the same size, my clothes would never come back), she would 'borrow' a pack here and there of my wipes or diapers (never replaced)...all this until I finally sat her down calmly and talked about it. Fortunately, since then complete turnaround. Her children are now in school & no longer in my care & but were (are) great kids. And we're still good friends.
    Children are great imitators.
So give them something great to imitate.

A few tips...

If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
