For those having troubles ~ I have used the formation forums in the past and because they are 'free' and on a shared server with a bazilllion other 'free' forums they can be 'temperamental' if too many people are trying to access the URL the system gets overloaded and it will come up an error .... just keep trying and eventually it should open!

Also if you are POSTING on a formation forum and you are long winded like me my advice is to type your reply to any post in WORD and than copy and paste onto the forum and hit send ... the formation forums freeze a lot and posts get 'lost' and there is nothing worse than typing out a thoughtful reply to someone and cyberspace eating it
