I often feel the same way Spixie! I am very happy and proud that my daycare is going so well and that parents are eager to start with me and I have a waitinlist...but I do feel pressure to live up to the expectations. I just try to tell myself that I must be living up to them because nobody has ever left I think we have to give ourselves permission to have days when we don't do much and not feel that we have to have something amazing to tell parents about each day...otherwise we will burn out! It is a good problem to have...much better than not being able to fill our spots, but I know exactly how you feel
