New to the thread and opening new daycare in BC

Hi everyone,
I am new to the thread and currently opening a new family lincenced daycare in West Kelowna BC. I FINALLY have my inspection next week with Interior health and I am a little nervous. The lady told me the interview process will be approx 2 hours. What kind of questions could they be asking for that long?? I heard they are very tough, any help would be so much appreciated
