Hav you tried pulling out an acitivity just before he arrives? Like something new or something that he loves...playdough or something like that that doesn't need too much supervision as I know drop-off period is hectic. I have a 2 year old who freaks out when his mom leaves, but I have started pulling things out like playdough or lacing buttons and he is so distracted that he forgets to cry



































I'm already dredding hearing it. I've tried ignoring him, quick drop offs & even the "do you want a time out all day?" nothing works.
