You will be surprised how strong you will be feeling once your work out becomes routine. I power walk most evenings for an hour. One time about 6 weeks into my walking I realized half an hour out that I had an appointment I forgot about. I am sooo not into jogging, however this time I had to run and was so shocked that I could do it for the 20 minutes it took to get home and I wasn't out of breath!! This is one of the few times I have really surprised myself. Your surprise will come too, just hang in there and kudos to you for taking care of YOU!![]()
