    Its at the end of the day, so I would have her from 9am-7pm. It would only happen 1-2 days every couple of months, so its not too bad.

    Only 1-2 days every couple of months is not bad at all, but I agree with the others that you should make it clear that it is infringing on your family time. To work until 7pm for me would be an extra $40! $20 in late fees and $20 in overtime fees. Why? Because I don't want to do it! However, I might do it for a client who is very appreciative of me and lets me know every day. I wouldn't do it for the clients who push their luck, you know what I mean?
