Oh I agree Treeholm ... IMO it is not logical to ban EITHER cause it does not solve the problem of lack of supervision at all which was the point I was trying to make .... I was just using the banning pools instead more of an argument if governments feel they have to ban 'something' to appease the public of 'doing something' after a tragedy like this that banning the availability of pool in this childcare setting would have been better cause if supervision is the problem banning 'play groups' is not going to fix it anyway cause supervision can still suck if you have 1 person or 10 people there
