Mimi, thanks for your insight. I guess I have to be careful with neighbors.

I really do have great experience with neighbors, one toddler in my care is now 3 and he was here since he was 1. His mom and I get along well, and love the relationship.

I also have after school little girl, who is a neighbor. Paid on time, no problems.

These clients are both really good, and paid on time. I guess, there is always one rotten apple in a bag!

Someone said earlier ' we are too nice, and my husband said - "yes, that's you honey. you never want to hurt someone else feelings - even if it means you get hurt".

Right now, I feel a sense of change in myself to make this business run smoothly.
