    I have a fb page exculsive to my current clients only. i had them sign a form saying that they were ok with me posting pics and also had them agree to only tagging photos with only their child in it. if not i can remove the tag). I actually opened a whole separate account and made it unsearchable. i did not open it to other family members and once clients are no longer in care they are removed from my "friends"
