My DCK's all nap in 2 rooms. Livingroom and playroom. I put them down one at a time though. So the 2 that sleep in the playpen I put one down, 5 min later bring down the other. The ones in the livingroom 2 go down, then the last does. Takes a while to get the swing of things but consistency pays off!
