    Christmas Elf Pancake lunch

    I love this time of year for having fun with food ~ here is today's breakfast for lunch meal that my one little one requested during meal planning ~ I had a little fun with it and they were pleasantly suprised and even my picky eater ate three servings of lunch ~ and he hates raspberries but apparently he LOVES HATS and could not get enough of them!

    Children construct their own intelligence. The adult must provide activities and context, but most of all must be able to listen. Children need proof that adults believe in them.
