    Christmas Elf Pancake lunch

I love this time of year for having fun with food ~ here is today's breakfast for lunch meal that my one little one requested during meal planning ~ I had a little fun with it and they were pleasantly suprised and even my picky eater ate three servings of lunch ~ and he hates raspberries but apparently he LOVES HATS and could not get enough of them!

Their three great desires are to be listened to, to understand, and to demonstrate that they are exactly what we expect."

That looks adorable Reggio !! Great idea.

That reminds me that I want to do a candy cane snack later this week......you alternate banana slices and strawberry slices into a candycane shape

Yup we are doing those too with some 'egg nog icecream' on the side ... and for our Friday Christmas tea party I am making up some little Grinch face grapes from Pinterest provided I can find some strawberries cause they have been out every store I have gone to this week!!!!

Hahaha...I love it but what tops it is that your little guy hates raspberries but loves hats so he ate it. They say the funniest things....
