Yah, no time of mine is for free. I can do with ''making exeptions'' once if asked in advcance and really needed, but still comes at a price.

She wouldnt of come in 30 minutes earlier... the door would of been locked ! If she had ring the doorbell after, I would of said that I am not open yet. If she asked for emergency, I would of said to pay me extra for this.. at the end of the day.. and in cash.

Once, one arrived 5 minutes in advance (I open at 7am)... now I keep the door lock until 7am sharp !

That thing is, that with all my clients I am pretty tough and by the book. These folks were one of my first clients..This is the last time I do "special" for them. I've already updated my ad and sent it off to Kijji. I'm not sure if I will term them over the comments the DCM made. I don't think I will. However, they now have dropped down a few pegs in my book. I'm sure we are going to butt heads the next time an "issue" comes up. If that's the case I will have to say goodbye to this family. Too bad. The child is still a "golden" child.
