should have mentioned that the general feel of the interview was just odd. she walked into the door and said ok so she will start on monday ( that was the friday night)... You know even before calling my references, or finding out if I was a freak or not!

Maybe its because I only have one child..... but I was SO suprised! most parents I interviewed before had 3 pages of question... she only had one : how much d you charge?
