i use childcare pro . i love it does everything you need to do. staff time sheets, kids time sheets, accounts, reminders, accounts payable, accounts receivable. it is a life saver
Carla is it worth it though for only 5 kids in care, no staff, and most items purchased ourselves at the local stores not ordered through companies that invoice and deliver. Are you a daycare centre or a family day home.
Anybody looking for childcare software should check out www.timesavr.net. It's Canadian and awesome.
It's paid for on a subscription basis of $55 per month but there is a free two month trial period. Not sure if the cost makes sense for a dayhome, but for a daycare such as mine it's great!
I'm working on a daycare software myself, and guys from kindgeek.com are doing a pretty good job, so I feel like it won't take them long to come up with a final product. There are so many types of daycare software, but none of them are actually good, and that's the reason I decided to come up with my own.
Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
