I too am a gluten free organic home and feed my daycare kids this too. I also wean all my babies on my own prepped food. Parents actually love that they don't have this extra food prep to do, whereas I think its worth it to me to instill the good eating habits and be sure that they are getting well fed. I only ever use fresh fruit and veggies. Never tinned or frozen and my meat and eggs are always either organic or antibiotic free depending on the time of year which effects where I get it from. My annual food bill for the family and daycare children has ranged from 16k-22k and it depends on whether or not I have been completely full for the whole year.

Phew good to know my average of around $20,000 a year on a gluten free household is not too out to lunch ~ pardon the pun
Children construct their own intelligence. The adult must provide activities and context, but most of all must be able to listen. Children need proof that adults believe in them. Their three great desires are to be listened to, to understand, and to demonstrate that they are exactly what we expect."

A few tips...

If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
