I'm sorry, but WE have routines, rules, policies, hours of business and a contract that is a legal, binding agreement between two parties, a business owner (YOU) and a client. We accept families into care who fit within our rules. We do not accept families into care who push us around, want us to make changes that will make our lives unhappy or make unreasonable demands. I think it's time you lay down the law and tell the woman the times you serve meals and the time the children are expected to nap. A one year old boy should be sleeping in a playpen for at least an hour 1/2 or two hours daily.
