Just when I think I may have figured it out, i discover i'm wrong again. She slept at home on the weekend for just under 2 hours each day. today, no sleep so far. I just dont get it. She needs the sleep, I know she does. Could it be the playpen? thats about the only thing that I can think of at this point.

Could be just that, I had one that was exactly like that. As soon as she went in a crib she slept close to 2 hours a day.

It's so hard when they can't adjust, it is the most challenging part of our jobs. I think we need to add detective to our resumes.

Holy molly I dunno how you di it. I have 2 new little ones that have been SCREAMING for the past 2 weeks at nap time. I'm thiking about terming one of them as there is absolutely no progress and it is getting to me.

Sorry nothing very positive to tell you but I am just sooooo amazed at how strong willed they can be. Both mine are not really crying they are screaming for me to pick them up. As soon as naptime is over ... they are all good and playfull.

ask mom to nap her in a playpen at home on the weekends and see if she sleeps there....maybe she just knows the difference and she is just being stubborn.

I'm not about to buy a crib to find out. she is so incredibly stubborn. I'm so exhausted from having one of my dck's start at 6:30 am and no relaxing time in the afternoon, its killing my patience. My early start will be leaving as I am giving them notice but not sure that will be enough.
