Everyone definces them differently .... in 'centre' care for licensing requirements they were defined as follows
A Infant is 0-18 months
A Toddler is 18-30 months
A preschooler is 30-60 months
A kindergarten child is 4- 6 years old
A school age child is 6-12 years
