    You don't have to like every child that comes through your door. From time to time you will get one that just rubs you the wrong way. Just think of it this way, when you worked outside your home, did you like every one you worked with? I am sure there was at lest one person that got to you. Its the same thing here. So NO you are NOT a terrible person for being happy that he is going.

    This exactly .... we do not have to like every child we care for .... just respect them and ensure we treat them fairly ... there are many 'personality traits' and well stages of childhood that are not my favorite part of the job and I look forward to seeming them in the review mirror so to speak ~ as long as there are more positives than negatives I am good to go!
