    Holy Crap!!

Am I the only one for whom all of my little ones like to take a poop at naptime? I enter their nap rooms and wowza...stinky! That's all...sorry to post that at supper time
    Children are great imitators.
So give them something great to imitate.

Yes!!! I have the same issue!! ALL 3 of my dck do this! Then they wake up earlier because they have pooped in their diapers! It's super annoyed. Also i'm trying to potty train these children and I have to put them on the toilet before nap forever and still no poop in the toilet! They always wait until their nap time. What's with sleeping that makes them poop!!!!

I have one little guy who poops almost every day at naptime and he's in cloth diapers so it wakes him up. On the days he poops in the morning we all have a nice long quiet break. I hear ya!

Oh yeah, I brace myself before I open the nap room door because I know what smell is going to assault my senses. They all poop in their sleep. When I tell the parents this they say the kids don't do this at home. What?

I feel bad almost every day my kids come home to their bedrooms smelling like poo due to the just napped kiddos, that also fill their drawers at nap, after lunch time!

mimi. i notice a pattern with many parents, when you ask if their child does something wrong or unpleasant they always tend to say, "they don't do that at home!" I don't think that always the truth.
1 yr old screams/yells all day to get your attention or get what she wants. Mom says: she doesn't do it at home!
infant screams when she is not held or talked to throughout the day. Dad says: she doesn't do it at home!
3 yr old throws herself on the floor when you tell her to clean up her toys. Mom says: she doesn't do it at home!
now are they all saving the fun for us? or are the parents seriously mistaken sometimes?

LOL, yes I've had that answer too often - nothing ever happens at home! Isn't that so funny?

I wonder if daycare keeps them sooooo busy, and they have so much fun, that they don't poo until they are totally relaxed (ie; sound asleep)??
    Just a thought.
    I have also noticed it!

I only have two in diapers at the moment and I paid them both 5 bucks to poop at home

Thankfully have not had a nap time pooper in a long time ~ but I love my Scentsy Odor Out for when someone does make the room stinky cause it takes the odor right out!

I have one trained child who OMG can he make your eyes water if you go into the bathroom after him ~ think the kid eats eggs every morning for breakfast!
Children construct their own intelligence. The adult must provide activities and context, but most of all must be able to listen. Children need proof that adults believe in them. Their three great desires are to be listened to, to understand, and to demonstrate that they are exactly what we expect."
