    I love my job but...

    TGIF

I have had a ruff week with my little 15 MO naptime screamer... and he is not coming today because he has a nasty cold... so I'm having a very relaxing, craft oriented friday!

Any big plans over the weekend?

to relax and stay healthy! I too had a tougher than normal week, just didn't have the normal amount of patience as usual and God knows, in this job you need all you can get! can't wait to curl up with my husband and kids and watch a movie tonight, knowing I have the day off tomorrow!!!!! TGIF here too!

I am having a great friday. Both my full timers called in sick, so I got to go back to bed. I am just waiting for my b&A school kid to get here.

I can't wait until 5pm. My own son didn't go to sleep until 1:30 this morning, as our babysitter (my niece) let him fall asleep sitting up on our recliner and proceeded to let him sleep there until he fell over and off the chair and woke himself up. Needless to say, she won't be watching my kids for a while. So, his little one hour nap at 7pm kept him and my husband and I up. I also, had to be up early for an earlier than usual start time....and said kid has been crying for the past 40 mins during nap. Fun times!

I had very little sleep last night thanks to some noisy neighbours who arrived or left at close to midnight...there were shreiking kids outside and I was jolted awake in a panic, thinking "How did my kids get outside?!!"...after I realized they were not MY kids, it took a long time to get back to sleep...just as I was drifting off, the neighbours returned...more car doors slamming and loud voices Then my cell phone starting beeping from downstairs because the battery was dying...I finally went and shut it off...or so I thought. Climbed back into bed, got comfortable..and beep beep beep...I guess I had NOT shut it off After all that, when i finally slept, I had nightmares....I am SOOOOOO tired! Thank goodness I had planned a pajama day and a movie today (first time in over 6 months I have turned on the TV during daycare hours). We watched a movie, baked cookies, and just relaxed Most of my kids are going home right after nap today Yay for Friday!

TGIF in deed ! I've been having such a tough time with my new kids at naptime for the past 4 weeks. I feel like I have no more patience, I now have a headache and I feel like I'm running on very low fuel even for small simple things. We have not been outside at all this week and that does not help... I keep asking myself how much more I can take but then someone does something terribly cute and I love my job again LOL I"m on a roller coaster. ANy of you can go from love this job to I QUIT in 10 seconds ?

Happy Friday and have a great weekend !!
