I am on my own weight loss planI haven't joined any program. I know exactly what my problem is...portions too big, too much bread, too much peanut butter, and not enough exercise. So, I have cut out the bread and peanut butter and cut down my portions. What I am finding is working is that I eat like a toddler...with the toddlers
So I try to make my portions similar to their portions (well some toddlers eat more and some less) and I eat every time they do, so 5 times a day so I don't get hungry. I also eat the same thing they are eating, as I always prepare healthy food for them...lots of fruits and veggies and proteins. So far I have lost 7 pounds...it's been about 2 weeks. Next I plan to start exercising more!
