thanks for your thoughts cadillac. They dont live anywhere near me actually and to be honest, the early mornings is only 1 issue. this mom acts as if she's above me and constantly spouts out little digs to try and put me in my place. I prefer not to get into that as part of my reason for terminating so that things stay positive during the 3 weeks that she will still be here. I will tell them face to face but i doubt she will appreciate me taking the time to find her someone. I'll give it some thought and maybe see if I can find a couple people who do the early morning.

Stupid B**** I read some other posts after and realized that this lady was a tool. Since then I have regreted my 'nice way to do it remark' please feel free to give her a curtly worded letter and put it in the kids back pack . . . and then TEXT her that there is a letter for her an hour later. HMPH!
