you have them too early and for too long! I had a little one from 6:30 to 6:30 for about 3 years and when she left, I was so relieved. She was also a "hand full" to top it off. It is enough to take a great child early in the am, but to start your day with one that gives you trouble? that's a recipe for disaster. If you can, advertise for replacement or just give notice. change your hours to a more reasonable time, and either ask them to find a way to work with your new hours or just let them go...you will be amazed how great you feel after you do it! take care
