The best thing to do is check what other daycares in your neighbourhood are charging...it varies so much even within one city. Personally, it wouldn't be worth it to me to provide care for $30/per day...I wouldn't be left with much after I pay for all of my supplies and the space itself (my mortgage). You have to go with what you can charge in your area, but also take into account what you offer in terms of your space, your program, your food, etc.
