I have a lactose intolerant boy in my daycare and those are the kind of poops he has a LOT. However, I don't bathe him, I enforce my diarrhea policy and call his parents and expect him to be picked up. I clean him up the best I can with his wipes (provided by parents) and change his clothes and put all the soiled clothing in a bag for the parents to clean. That is NOT my job! I always tell them they have to come get him because he needs a bath.
