I would be calling the city or whoever every time the boys came on to my property. I would also be making a record of every time I did this and what was done. This way if Heaven forbid something does happen to you or the kids/parents or anyone else who comes on to your property, you can prove that you have been taking steps to prevent the dogs form coming over.
If I was a parent and something happen to me or my kids, and you hadn't taken steps to stop the dogs, I would be seeing you in court. But if you had been taking steps and doing all you could do, I would only go after the dogs owners.

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
