Alpha, I don't know what your contract says about termination, but I wonder why you are giving a notice period for the baby? Why not make it all effective immediately for both kids? If the parents have been rude and the baby is not adjusting the the boy is violent, you have grounds to make it immediate. Personally, I have that right in my contract and I am making my termination tonight effective immediately. There is no way I am going to put myself through another 2 weeks of this stress during which time things are only going to get worse as the parents will either be nasty or try to talk me out of my decision. I am refunding next week's fees (my vacation) as well as the deposit. I always like to take the high road on these things. I just want him gone.
