St. Patrick's day is sort of iffy - it isn't really a holiday but this year I decided to do some stuff for it for the first time.

I cut a green pepper in half and had the kids dip it in green paint and it made a giant shamrock stamp. It worked really well with the kids 18 months +

I think later this week I will cut a leprechaun (Sp??) hat and let the kids decorate it with St. patrick's day stickers.

Oh and I printed off a clover on paper for each child, then put a squirt of yellow and blue paint on it and let the kids fingerpaint the clover. As they swirled the paint around it turned the clover green so it was kind of a 2 - in -1 craft. We did St Patrick's Day and colour mixing in one craft.

Friday we are going to eat rainbow-coloured goldfish snacks and fruit kabobs using fruits from every colour of the rainbow.....
We will also have cupcakes with green icing and I am going to put mini M&Ms on top to make it look like a rainbow.

Then on to Easter.
